Honestly Zoro's probably like 80%, Mihawk shouldn't have much that Zoro hasn't already gotten or seen before. He's not a devil fruit user so haki's the only thing in his bag.

He surely hasn't surpassed Mihawk, but I think he is almost there, probably 80-90% after unlocking AdCoC.

I honestly dont know how useful black blades are, I would rather have him stronger CoC attacks

Zoro is roughly on the same level as Yonkou but mid diff fight for Mihawk

Like if he fought Kaido or Shanks he'd push them to high diff

I think he is 1-2 powerup away from matching Mihawk. I tend to think that Oda will make Mihawk have CoC and Black Blades, so Zoro will need spammable CoC and also Black Blades.
