They are all star but King has higher position as stronger one, otherwise they would just be ranked Like the 4 executives of Doflamingo not King Queen and Jack which is clear indication of one being above other.... and then there is numbers after Jack starting 10-9-8.... which also is indication of one being above other....

He can past Luffy at the bounty. His bounty can be between 1.4- 1.8.

There is a lot of material for his bounty to be high. But that doesn't mean he's stronger than the other right arms or Luffy.

Stop believing meme names
But there has yet to be any indication of this. We knew that Doffy's seats were positions. We knew that "Corazon" was a rank. We know that "Akainu", "Kizaru", "Kuzan", "Fujitora" and "Ryokugyu" are eptithets. Whenever the form of address used wasn't the real name, we found out pretty early on. But everyone refers to the calamities by their card names. Even the calamities themselves. If there's anyone that the ranks/positions should be dropped among, it would be those calamities. That isn't the case.
