Bruh, he is a ton more powerful than AFO and doesn't have the weakness of his body turning into nothing.

I'm impressed enough he was capable of stealing it so casually, I wouldn't be surprised if he tames it.

It appears the only thing AFO did right in the end was manufacturing Shigaraki to steal OFA.

Frankly, a vestige rebellion is the only thing that could stop Shigaraki currently.

I don't think it's enough to use OFA beyond possibility against him, he doesn't seem like the type of enemy that can be stopped solely with physical force.

In theory he has all the powers of AFO, with the addition of a physique that even without Quirk is as strong as All Might's with the added ability to modify his body to impossible levels...

To say that he is, is much, much stronger than AFO, even the one at the height of his power.
