The Nika connection continues. Bonney or Kuma himself is joining the crew. There's no reason for either of them to go with the revos instead of Luffy. No way will they pass up the chance to join Nika's crew. @Paperchampion23 you must feel super vindicated right now.
Bonney definitely has a chance, but not Kuma. I can see him dying at some point.

She doesn’t have a crew anymore, right? She has nowhere else to go at the moment, so that’s another thing to consider here.

I’m still holding out for Vivi to officially join, even if Bonney does before her. It seems like fate.

And what is with S-Bear's consciousness?
I mean if Kumas real consciousness, which supposedly has been erased is transferred into the body of S-bear.

Agreed! Makes no sense to put Revos over Nika

I wouldn't be so sure. What does Bonney want? Pedro should be taken as a prime example not to use dead men dreams and inherited will to predict nakama stuff

No, that was Kuma saying it to Bonney. Don't even try to start telling me about subtext, he literally starts the speech with "Bonney, ever since I was a boy".
Maybe its a problem of translation then. I can't find the panel where Kuma says to Bonney that Nika will take her to sea.

I was referring to this panel.

There's no panel there, but the full conversation is this.

"Bonney, ever since I was a boy, I wanted to be a hero who could save the imprisoned and suffering. Just like the warrior of liberation!"

"Nika?"

"That's right. He's my idol. He appears from the blue with laughter and this rythm. Doom-dut-da-da Doom-dut-da-da."

"Will he come to free me too?"

"Of course"

I guess the sea thing specifically, is directed at Kuma depending on the translation, but the general idea is that Kuma is telling Bonney the same thing his father told him.

But here. Nothing is said about the sea and Bonney is free so. It could also simply be Kuma talking and not Bonney. This is often used to dive into the flashback. This is volontaraly vague to make a parralel between Bonney and Juma, both being Kids and losing dads.

I don't see here the confirmation that Bonney will follow Nika. This would be a huge interepretation step.
