Does anyone think the way the spread was paneled has any sort of significance? The fact that Kidd and Killer were parralelled with Big Mom while Luffy and Zoro were facing Kaido. I honestly think that grouping makes sense but the notion of two supernovas with maybe the help of Law on each side defeating a yonko is still too absurd to me. I still think some supernovas and strawhats are coming up to the main fight.

True Kidd also looks paralleled to BM in this page too

Opening kaidos scar something 3 commander level guys and kinemon combined is far more than anything king can handle. Zoro was always set up fight Kaido

I feel like these are silly comparisons. Kaido isn't a swordsman, Zoro being able to break through his skin with a high enough Ryo is super impressive, but is NOT a measure of swordsmanship skill. King has a meito and could have that same level of Haki, we couldn't know yet because neither Oden's or King's blades are black.

I mean virtually everyone can seemingly hit Kaido. Hes not THAT fast unless he means to be. Its a matter of hurting him or not.

Aka, just because Zoro can cut Kaido does NOT tells us he surpassed Kaido's number 2 due to 1 feat. Its kind of a blind and silly comparison to make. In fact, it's not a comparison at all. And this is a Zoro fan telling you this right now.

Quick read through while at work, but have to say the entire atmosphere of this chapter was on point. Everything flowed so well, and definite goosebumps at the end with the build up throughout the whole chapter towards Luffy declaring face to face with Kaido and Big Mom that he will be Pirate King.

Swordsmen arent just measured by beating swordsmen but what they can cut.

I am not complaining about the raws. The raws just have bad shading and image quality . That is why the cleaners are needed. I am talking about the drawings themselves. Big Mom and momonosuke are like they are drawn by another person.

Yeah it’ll be interesting to see how the Kidd vs BM clash happens. As of right now Kidd’s beef is with Kaido and BMs beef is with Luffy. Maybe Kidd will tell her what he stole from her territory and that’s how their clash will be begin. It’ll be revealed that what he stole is something so important that It makes BM turn her attention away from Luffy and onto Kidd.

What i learned from this chapter: Emperors are overrated. Land,sea or air... Akainu is the strongest.
When the marine fodder were saying that only the Admirals and the Warlords could stop Big Mom and Kaido they were saying the truth. Doffy and Mihawk are going to destroy Kaido 2vs1. Akainu should have let Kizaru go to Wano.

Wait until the end of the arc when he throws Zoro at Kaido and complete that i will be the PK declaration with

"Because this guy will make me"

as Zoro beheads Kaido and Luffy cheers him from the sideline
