His fight with Kenpachi is a draw even with the help of his zanpkuto spirit. He then trains for Bankai and with interference/assistance from his hollow gets the upper hand on Byakuya. Hell Byakuya is still walking after their final clash and gives Ichigo the victory.

Cracker and katakuri were a tough fight that pushed him to his limits

Cracker didn't, there was no growth or overcoming limits to beat him, just gaming past a cheat fruit that is ideal for stalling.
Katakuri of course, but he is stronger than King/Queen from intra-crew portrayal, CoC etc.
