I think what people are missing about the final panel of characters is that it's simply people directly hunting the One Piece and Oda telling us they're the big players left in the game with an endgame adjacent to the One Piece (directly related to the One Piece). Others like Zoro, Mihawk, Croc, Kidd, Law, Fujitora, Greenbull, etc. don't have goals that end with the One Piece. Kidd and Law are the best examples excluded in the panel - they have been eliminated from the One Piece hunt.

Everyone but Kidd and Law are part of the OP plot and none of these "relevant" characters are going to get more panels than Robin or Nami.

Last time we saw Fuji (which is years ago), he is bandaged and isolated from rest of the Navy.
And we know Blackbeard Pirates not only are still hunting for the overpowered devil fruit, but also targetting opponents at their weak state (half dead Whitebeard, empty WCI)

Shouldn't we all be a little more worried for this poor Admiral? Maybe there is a reason Oda never shown him in all these reaction panels?

When Marco is in full zoan, the idea is he regenerates, not that attacks do not affect him. Weren't you having this argument with someone a few days ago?

I was the point is, merely being able to generate create and manipulate an element makes a character a logia. It’s more than that as Vegapunk stated they become forces of nature themselves.

Katakuri has a logia like power like Marco; however, it’s not comparable to an actual logia. That’s why his awakening was immediately paralleled with that of Doflamingos because it was akin to a paramecias.

The point I’m making is characters can have aspects of logia powers like Marco and Katakuri, but they’re not logia’s nor can we gift them logia abilities. We’ve seen Katakuri without future sight against a hakiless opponent once and he got hit he very well needs future sight to dodge attacks like a logia. That’s all there is to it.
