From the spoilers she also remembers perfectly Shinobu who is way different now than she was back then but she didn't recognize Momonosuke during cross execution asking Luffy who the kid is? Strange.
This just tells me Oda didn't plan things properly.

Sanji getting jealous of Jinbei is quite good actually. It shows he is more than willing to improve and surpass Jinbei. Instead of flaming Sanji, we should appreciate this win-win situation. Sanji doesn't get to lose his status as one of the main fighters of the crew and the crew gets stronger due to one of its members getting stronger.
