Most Tobi Roppo didn't show the DC capable to defeat Pica. So at best the fight would end in a draw, but Pica would probably win due to his size hax.

They didn't show it because they haven't had a full 1v1 fight to display their abilities like pica and the other executives have had. They've only had clashes, and even in just clashes we've seen impressive shit form them. A casual attack from Page One sent Sanji flying through like 6 buildings. Just a casual attack........... from Page One who most assume is one of the weaker Tobi Roppo......... Ancient Zoans are physical monsters bro.... They have good DC. You don't have to be Roronoa Zoro to defeat Pica......... lmao. There a plenty of character who have abilities that can destroy a lot of shit. Some veterans wouldn't have to destroy anything(Perospero) .

Rayleigh being faster isn't enough to give him a decisive advantage and she may very well have Advanced Coa too, plus she is stronger and more resistant physically and less affected by age.

Sanji hasn’t beaten anyone in the new world . And has shown an inferiority complex to all the strawhat members that are stronger and more relavent then him ie. luffy zoro and Jinbei. It’s funny how since stepping on onigishima all the fodder recognized luffy and zoro as worst generation members and Jinbei as a war lord . Sanji is just a crewmate of Luffys and a weak one at that . 1. They were together at marineford fighting with the whitebeard pirates to save ace
2. They were together during the destruction of whole cake against the big mom pirates
3. Now hes finally officially part of the crew to take down the beast pirates

Jinbe already has the qualities of an amazing captain so it makes sense

He was also able to bring back luffy from one of his lowest points ever. Even the wci crews after pedros death
