As in, Night 1 I healed you and Day 2 I contracted it and it included said phase.

Assuming option 3, then we either pool our currency together (if this is even allowed, I don’t know) to buy items we all need, or just do every country for themselves...which will just pit us against each other even more. Not sure which route makes sense right now.

Check with Reborn, next 3 phases does not include current phase so it is technically in 4 phases.

Well.... Reborn told me if I convinced Nat to call him "Reborn Sensei" he'd give me a cure.
He told me I was dying in 2 phases and it was a mistake on his part.

But Al Sama jumped in and made Reborn cut the shit.
