Oh, I haven’t used that one yet...it gives someone a temporary strong modifier that prevents interference with their actions, and I haven’t trusted anyone enough to pull the trigger, so I’ve just been doing the bet and my passive ;)

This is a mishap from the hosts then, because no matter how you look at it, it's not a 2 cycle CD

You used N1.
Not sure if it's counting from when the ability is used or the phase thereafter, but either way, say the night is included in the CD it would look like
N1-D2 (1 cycle)
N3-D3 (2 cycle)
which means 2 cycle CD and you wouldn't be able to use it before N4.
