I know Tatsumaki doesn't have the feats of Shi Shi but It's cool as fuck.

Ryuma might be the Grandgrandgrandmaster hahah

With Mihawk as Grandgrandmaster

Ryuma will not be stronger than Mihawk for the simple fact that Zoro can never fight Ryuma but he can fight Mihawk.

Oda wouldn't create a condition where Zoro becomes the Strongest Swordsman of the era but there is somebody is stronger in the past.

Similarly Luffy will be stronger than Roger undoubtedly.
