The Pacifistas are surely clones of Bartholomew Kuma who were brainwashed and turned into mindless cyborgs before they could get the chance of developping a sentience and a personnality.

Vegapunk must have been able of cloning Kizaru's Pika Pika no mi but only a portion of the devil fruit's power and that's why the original Pacifistas could only shoot lasers. The next ones will either get several powers, each coming from a different cloned df, or fully cloned df.

I'm wondering if the SSG upgraded the pacifista to be more than just "Kuma" clones. I feel like at this point they should be differentiated.
