Zoro was always the villain.

He is good guy at heart for the most part but he has that other darker side to him and can unleash when necessary. Zoro has no reason to hold it back against Kaido of all people

Even King the background doesn't have a lower bounty than his crewmates

Kidd has less panel time than Usopp and is already get outshined by him.

Those guys are nothing to Asura Zoro when even Base Zoro proved way better AP wise by one shotting the likes of Killer and Apoo. How can Denjiro and Ashura match that? They will never manage to replicate the same.

kaido is a naturally transforming dragon. Just like onimaru. They can transform into humans . That’s why there was statues of onimaru outside onigishima
