General & Others Understanding that some things are exclusive to Luffy and Zoro in the Strawhat crew.

I hear a lot of people saying other Strawhats are gonna get conquerors haki/ryuo ext..... I think people need to understand there are things Oda only does for Luffy and Zoro........in this thread were going to go over this in detail .

Luffy and Zoro are the:

1. Only Strawhats with Fighting oriented Dreams

2. Only Straw hats that achieved the title of Supernova. (Not saying other strawhats couldn't but the ones Oda let be supernova are Luffy and Zoro.)

3. Which is Why only Luffy and Zoro Among the Strawhats got to be on the roof in the Kaido fight.

4. Only Strawhats with Parallels to Legends.

5. Only Strawhats who were willing to hit a Celestial Dragon

6. Only Strawhats with Ryuo Manipulation in their fighting styles.

7. And now their likely going to be the only Strawhats with Conquerors Haki

Which also makes Luffy and Zoro the only Strawhats that can use all 3 forms of Haki.




This thread is not to downplay other Strawhats but people often forget Luffy and Zoro are the ones we started with. They are going to attain certain things other strawhats will not , and thats ok.

Never forget how the story started.......

Kaido's ap, speed and defense>>>>>>>>>>Queen. Zoro blitzed Kaido, survived Hakai and tanked a CoC Thunder Bagua and then managed to scar him. That shit alone puts Zoro as someone who would blitz and one shot Queen. And even if he doesn't Queen's attacks would just scratch him.

Yes, he could cut through his skin because he has enough AP, that's all.
You don't need CoA to cut Kaido, you only need enough AP. CoA gives a boost in AP, therefore scabbards and Zoro could cut him because they had enough AP.[/B]

Luffy has Advanced CoA and better feats with his Haki than Zoro, so ofc he is above Zoro lmao. You must be a complete moron or something.

Its confirmed in the manga that you need Ryou to cut Kaido's skin.

What is barrier for non weapon users, is the "Ability to cut and not cut" for swordsman. Its ACoA.

Swords without that technique bounces off Kaido skin. You can have all the AP in the world, without bypassing his scales with Ryou you not doing jack.

Regular CoA/Hardening only increases the durability of the sword. Confirmed by Mihawk because it keeps your blades from knicking, wearing down in battle and eventually breaking.

Ryou/Flowing Cherry Blossom is important for the durability ignoring hax. The power that allows you to cut fire, steel and other shit you normally wouldnt be able to cut with just the blade itself.

Hardening and Ryou (The flowing Haki) are literally described to be two different applications of Armanment Haki lmao. You be tripping hard dawg. AP alone cant cut Kaido's skin.

Very good thread. Luffy and Zoro are the "face" of SH and both will be Legends in the Epilogue(beside Ussop of course).
All the SH will be very famous, but these guys will be specials.

Many fans were pushing Sanji v King as if someone would of died if they didn't. Thing is Sanji himself probably didn't give a damn about that match up as long as he would do the right thing to assist his crew etc. He doesn't seem to be likely fixated with his power level.

Awesome thread! If people accept this, it will settle lots of things. And not only among straw hats but also all one piece characters. They are the characters oda loves the most, you can't compare them with others. At some point of the manga, they will surpass everyone and shine the most.

true. Sanji fans can't accept that Sanji's role in one piece. so much overrate and overestimates. all they got one by one disappointments.
