1. Stolen Land from Native American tribes
2. Enjoying structures built by Slaves Captured from Africa
3. Great Standard of living credit to Stolen Capital of Britain who themselves stole from the colonized countries
4. Systems put in place by modifying blue print of British Colonizers
You got one thing wrong. There is no "Great Standard of living" in America
