Even in the manga we never see Sanji knock out PO. You want me to show that he's fine but you can't even show me that he's knocked out. Sanji attacked him and then he left. He didn't need to beat him to survive. Yes, I do agree that PO failed his mission since he was there to kill Sanji.

Why would he need to bring page one back yet when there's nothing that happened in the manga for him to return. We haven't even seen the other flying sixes, not counting Drake. Are you saying that there presence is also are needed?

Killer was there to kill Otoko and anyone that interfered. Not only did he fail his mission but Zoro knocked him out. Zoro was standing over his unconscious body prepared to fight the fox.

Page 1 had a mission to capture Sanji, just like X-Drake, and he was nowhere to be seen. Sanji said he was going to eliminate him, and that was the end of that. There is nothing to discuss.

Luffy can allow Nami to hit him, and she won't do shit. Luffy let Sanji have a CLEAN HIT, and Sanji clearly got the same clean hit because P1 didn't know where he was prior to the attack.

Page 1 had a mission to accomplish, while Oda wrote that Sanji will eliminate him. There is no "big reveal" with Page 1. He's an irrelevant character that got fodderized.

while those people were regular citizens in their HOME. They never mentioned they are leaving the town

This is not actually adressing my question though.

Page1 was in direct contact to sanji and actually fought him. With sheepshead and jack we have seen how sometimes failure is punished within the beast pirates.

And iirc even back then people started making theories around drake and him being the one who offed page1, even before we got to know he is still secretly a marine.

So i once again dont see how the only viable option is sanji definitely defeating page1, even if some (me included) consider it the most likely option. . . .

I just watched the first anime episode since forever because of what I heard, and holy shit! Raid Suit looked like a power down lol.

Anime isn't canon and all, more so when it concerns feats and portrayal. But if it's just about the outcome of this fight, there's a good chance they knew it and showed it. So yes, every option is on the table after this episode.

Or the anime staff are even more lost than I thought.

The anime wasn't even that clear anyways. If Oda doesn't address this in some way by either showing page in the final war or stating who took him out, I'm going to assume that the anime was being non-canon and that sanji indeed defeated him.
