The fight will be over once Luffy has overpowered and punched Kaido beyond the point he can gets back up, just like how the Red Scabbards did survive after their fight with Kaido despite this being supposed to be a "death match".

His finishing blows aren't lethal, they just beat the crap of and make sure that the foe is defeated.

Correct, they captured him more than 7 times, I think 18 in total. But he escaped each time so he will eventually come back to make a Wano 2.0. Unless they somehow lock him forever... But still, everyone knows that you always succeed at the 19th time.

Imagine after reading 1000 chapters of one piece and still think that luffy won't deafeat the arc villain.

And imagine after 1000+ chapters, there are people who think Zoro on yonkou level already but Luffy his captain is not. In other worlds, they think Zoro > Luffy
I Will wait until next fee chapters for then to be proven wrong and take their L for overrating Zoro but underrating Luffy the MC.
