No they won't lose. The sn are already set up to beat kaido.

Zoro vs King will come down to endurance... king can fly out of the way of Zoro’s strongest attacks and he can dodge Zoro’s long range moves in the air, he will use be fighting close range when he sees an opening and back away... Zoro will be getting hurt throughout as he gets tired and he will have to find a clever way of having King either land or come close when he thinks there’s an opening and then slash him when he's close enough

Also king’s mystery race men’s we haven’t even seems what his full powers are, not even counting his hybrid

at the end Zoro will either be in his state in Alabasta or he will be completely out... Done
