Sure, but that doesn't exactly work with Dragon, since he's not doing bombings to kill civilians, but raising up the civilians to fight against the evil.

Sometimes one blade, sometimes two like in Rayleigh's case, and also not dedicating oneself to one weapon but switching them (given that blade Rayleigh is using is different from the one he used against Kizaru).
This is by definition a Hakiman. Someone who doesn't use one particular weapon. Rather the weapon of choice is just a tool you channel your Haki through. Note how Roger's slash sent out a blast of Haki. Not just a flying slash.

For those who don't Know there is Japanese Youtuber with few subscribers and no one knows about him, he was making videos about Japanese theorys and in one of the theorys he said that in Drum island when Sanji and Luffy were trying to find a doctor for Nami Luffy suddenly said to Sanji " did you know that people in snowy countries never sleep" and he was saying that that has something to do with BB since Oda drew BB in snowy place and he wasn't sleeping. He was saying that Luffy heard about it in some kind of bar and that he knows samthing about BB.
