Where was Luffy when those 15 fought Kaido? Knocked out or not even reached Kaido. He is just one of many who are trying to reduce Kaido's stamina to 0. A top tier wouldnt need that. Luffy literally isnt massively damaged, he was literally clean when the last round started. He has a paramecia which tolerates blunt attacks better than anything else.
When he shows top tier performance he will be called a top tier, until then, he is just a YC, not even the best among them.

Many power-ups more will be required for Luffy to become a top tier and even then, he will barely hang in there against top tier in 1vs1.

Majority of the Top Tiers have no feats of moving faster than even G2 though.

We didnt see majority of top tiers even fight. Meanwhile, YCs are pulling better speed feats than G2 Luffy...

Luffy only was ahead when Katakuri lost his calm and got attacked by Boundman. Besides that Katakuri was always on top with Luffy miraculously hitting few hits on him.

Zoro was fighting equally with King. Even before ACoC he made King bleed and broke his mask. After ACoC I agree that was one-sided to Zoro.

The definition you quoted was pointing to the film genre itself not the antagonist character themselves, I was laughing at the incompetence of you quoting such a definition and thinking it made your point.

There are definitions that do make your point, you just didn't post one, but ultimately it is a definition of an english word, not looking at the original Japanese and looking at the definition of that word.
