Not confirmed to have FS is different from actually having it or not. He could very well have FS, hence why he caught up with him and could react to his movements.

Hence my point that we don't know where Luffy's limitations lie. Let's stop downplaying characters who haven't fought seriously yet. I say this not just about the admirals, but also about the remaining Yonko.

I don't think the Gorosei (plus Im) represent the Old Era; their picture is bigger than that. The Supernovas belong to piracy, while the leaders of the incoming Government would include revolutionaries, Coby and Smoker, and such. What you're describing was, precisely, the basis for the roof top situation as Kaido and Big Mom represented the old era of piracy.

Base Zoro was matched up with a FM and a durability God.
