If you believe that the most anticipated character of the entire series would be below any comanders or Marines you are oblivious. It's been obvious for years that Shanks would have the most well-developed haki out of any of the emperors ever since it was made known that he was the only one without a devilfruit. I'm honestly a bit shocked that anyone is stupid enough to think otherwise, the idea that any comander could even be close to his level is ridiculous.

Ben Beckmann seems to have CoC according to OPTC. He has the same black/red lightning there in his super attack and art. Awesome

No, the cuck doesn't have a better portrayal than jinbe. Also I've had jinbe over sanji since he was introduced and sanji has done nothing to change my mind. I don't give a shit about bounties and have made that perfectly clear on here in the past. They are just useless information that stupid fans use as evidence for their personal agendas. Sanji will probably surpass Jinbe by eos in terms of strength but he's not even close yet and he never has a chance of being a better character than jinbe.
