The funny thing is that Teach got a lot of hype in this chapter but fans like @Erkan12 and @Echizen_Jo_Ndule still managed to get a big fat L because they can’t accept Rayleigh's and Mihawk's strength

Rereading the summary, we don't actually see Blackbeard attacking/kidnapping Koby. Actually he was friendly.
So I wonder if the "kidnapping" thing isn't a just marine misunderstanding, but that Koby willingly joined Blackbeard after being asked. Not the first time he would recruit a WG agent
Of course, Koby's actual motive would be to infiltrate BB's crew.
I guess that sounds like a repeat of Kuzan (if he did infiltrate BB crew) , but this could also be a way to know more about Kuzan's motives if he gets to talk with Koby.
