Given that Muslims were chanting Gas the Jews in Sydney, I think you can see why I'd strongly word it as "rolling over for Islam". Because there are Muslims who really do want Israel, and it's people, to die, horribly at that. In fact, there were celebrations ALL OVER THE WORLD about the attacks. In Canada. In the UK. In Australia and Germany and many many more places.
Try hiding behind "it's a small minority of people -- just Hamas -- promise!" when evidence in the wake of this has proven that the Muslim world has almost universally applauded this travesty. If they ever disavow it they go: "Yeah, but Israel -something something- they started it," which is just deflecting. An inability to call out the bad actors in your own group is indicative of deep-rooted prejudices within said group. That might not mean they hate Jews, but they certainly support their Muslim brothers regardless of the atrocities they may commit.

None of this even matters. As a matter of fact, Israel is currently bombing civilians of which a majority are small children. NOTHING excuses or justifies the vicious killing of children be it for the sake of retaliation ,historical justice or whatever.
