As I said, either people don't read half of the manga when it comes to mihawk fanboyism, or they are simply trolling.
Killer's intelligence is above average when it comes general knowledge about the marines and the pirates. There is no reason to doubt Killer, because he knows better than you. Killer > your mihawk fanboyism.
Marco also knows better, which is why he sent Vista alone to solo Mihawk, and he did it with ease.
And every single title, is what people say. There is no such a thing as ''E.Oda informing us from outside of the manga'', mihawk's shitty sword title showed up only after Zeff told us he is the most famous swordsman, but it doesn't mean he will win every fight in a sword fight, because there is no such a stupid thing as that, Vista is the proof of it, Wano Samurai are the proof of it, because mihawk never beat Wano Samurai as well. Zoro novel is proof of it.

Like some said,whether it is perception by other people or legit truth,Kaido is seen by many people in-verse as something different in 1vs 1 and thus accepted by the majority as strongest pirate.
Whether BB becomes stronger later or something, atm he is not portrayed as the strongest.If he was even stronger,he would've gotten rid of Kaido and Bm already ad he is the type to take out his rivals when he is sure to win.
Not even talking about Mihawk right now 'cause his current hype,portrayal and feats aren't in the same galaxy as Kaido(It may change later though when we get focus on him).

So basically it goes like this:
- Strongest man -> WB (at the time, also strongest pirate, so including Kaido)
- Strongest Creature -> Kaido (since WB died, he gets to have strongest pirate title now)
- Strongest Entity -> Imu-Sama (Entity can be a larger term than creatures, especially if he's some extraterrestrial shit from moon or some shit).
Also, let's not forget that Imu is in the shadows... Kaido's title applies and valid, BUT to "ACTIVE characters" who aren't in shadow or hidden related to void century stuff

I agree on one thing with him though.
Luffy acknowledged Akainu's power, so we will be able to see how positively he estimates Kaido in comparison once he will clash with him, since it's implied he should at least contribute in his defeat.

every single scabbards whom didnt pass time travel is legit yc2 lv. ppl like shutenmaru call jack small scrub and speedblitz him. denjiro alone is orochi second in command in downtown and considered as most powerfull person on flower capital . and most importantly every single scabbards posses oden's ryou. something that luffy just learn even after trains under rayleigh for 2 yrs.
you put oven or daifuku, perospero or even katakuri and they will freakin hard time to even penetrate or hurts kaido. this certain ability a crucial and rare.

As for the rest, just because you dont like them doesnt make them fodder, Kaido praised them. They are at the very least vet level.
