1. How strong do you believe Shiryu and Magellan have been pre- ts?

How would you rank Mingo's Top Executives? It's the most ambiguous hierarchy with Golem Pica and Corazon (Vergo) having the best feats. I'm not sure how base Pica stacks up to his pears.
So, the Painted Worlds in Dark Souls are actually Universes. And there are beings in Dark Souls like the Painter girl who create them. And the painter girl can be killed easily but most characters with any semblance of combat ability. By that logic, are Dark Souls characters Universal+++?
