No Zoro's fights are always on screen when they matter. He's had like five in this one arc already and they were all on screen.

Besides, your point was to just erase Zoro because he’s “boring.” Well, regardless of what you think of him, he is very popular and very important. To erase him all together would drastically affect One Piece, both in popularity and story.

I agree somewhat. However Sanji seems to still be having them. Sure it was his arc last time. But its currently Zoro's arc, and he only showing happiness and interest towards Luffy.

Except its not his arc, where is everyone getting that? Just because it deals with samurai doesnt mean its his. The guy barely does anything in this arc.Heck him rounding up the samurai (his one job) was taken over by luffy. Its the luffy show now,deal with it.

When I say arc I mean that he will be appearing the most out of everyone. He will probably be the SH with the most focus this arc.

However it obviously doesnt mean that he will look good because of this. This all depends on how Oda potrays him

They have reunited now before the Festival, no special point in it, there was no need to do it earlier either.
It would have been just a waste of time while he had plotlines that needed to get going with Zoro.
