Don't question me. I know what it is, and Usopp is not one. He is using a special seed or whatever to make his ammo. That doesn't translate to being a botanist, How many fucking times do I have to say this.
Usopp's location doesn't mean shit. Luffy was at an Island full of Animals, Does that make him an Animal?
Zoro was at deserted Island with a Castle and some Baboons, Does that make him a Baboon or an Expert on them?
At best Usopp is only knowledgeable on Pop greens. Not any other.

In SBS Volume 68, it was explained how Usopp has a flowerbed called "Usopp Garden" on the Thousand Sunny where he mass produces the Pop Greens so that he will never run out of them. This was also shown in Film Z, where he sprays insecticide on the flower bed.
So why do we need that specific role again? It’s just an unnecessary role.
I know luffy full animals he was with training vice captain roger’s pirate. He was able learn haki in this natural environment. Zoro land on mihawk homeland he was able train with the person he wants surpassed to become better swordman
Wouldn’t we get that if we meet vegapunk day? Who says Franky Is upgrade as cyborg it can implanted scientific knowledge on how devil fruits work. Cyborgs you’re part human and part robot in world fiction sometimes if your upgrade you do have expertise regarding of scientific knowledge and technology

But don’t you think if the straw hats actually end up meeting vegapunk they would end up getting some major upgrade in their arsenal. Franky as mechanic but he’s also a cyborg. We have seen cyborgs and engineers that sometimes have a mind like a scientist. Hey look at Tony Stark for example and cyborg from teen titans.

Do we really need someone relative Planet if ussop uses planet like substance for attackS now days? On top that robin Attack usually call flower like substance despite the fact she use body Part like ability. As well robin research and historian she would know about flower like substance. Chopper is doctor he also uses all sort of herb like substance for his medicine. Would planet person be really necessary? Nami use weather forecast with her abilities. Franky cyborg and as well as as an inventor.
