Zoro is no top tier neither is Luffy. With their MC plot armor at work, neither Zoro nor Luffy would need additional back up to beat a top tier in a main arc battle. Luffy and Zoro will only be low top tiers when they get their own one on one with a solid top tier. No top tier can handle two top tiers at once. Do you think Kaido or any other top tier can treat current Garp and Rayleigh the way he's treating Luffy and Zoro?
