Yes, Oda has absolutely no idea how this arc is going to end and the evidence of his writing proves it. The arc is over 3 years long, has over 112 chapters, has so many characters that have absolutely barely any screen time which questions why they are even there. Oda needs to retire and let someone else take over one peice.

There is a reason that:

- Zoro sent Sanji back to the Performance floor
- Sanji is fighting Queen/Queen went hybrid
- Marco vs King has been entirely offscreened/no depiction yet, King has not gone hybrid.
- Has stated he's leaving Kaido to Luffy already.
