Its legit. I checked the Korean translation and they left the Japanese text. It talks about about Act 3 ending soon. Pretty crazy how its lining up with a lot of our views about the Act structure. Act 3 ending soon indicates worldly updates about Sabo/Vivi/Hancock happening soon and also signifying most of the fights won't happen until Act 4. Act 3 mainly was Scabbard focused, which is good. Right now we are getting the "tragedy" or downfall of that plotline.
it will make much more sense because next chapter will be the last chapter for the One Piece volume 98.

So next chapter is an Act 3 ending with scabbards going down is very possible and we might had a break week next chapter.

And we will get an updated news of what happen outside Wano

Yeah, you right, I misread chapter 955. Law is the one that tamed Enma. He is also the one that created a connection with Wano’s people and especially with Yasuie Shimotsuki and Oden’s two kids. And to finish Law is the one that is hinted by Hitetsu to do what Oden was not able to do with Enma.

My bad:kayneshrug:
Law is the one who said I'm going to take down Kaido and wanted Luffy's help.

Oden is a CoC user and has nothing to do with Zoro. Zoro = Ryuma (A Shimotsuki). His path is Mihawk not Kaido.

Got a feeling it might not be that linear. Imo, Oda is going to slowly pick them off the next 3-5 chapters. Its vital they all go out with signfican moments, not jumbled together. Next chapter should be significant, but I dont think Oda will manage to take them all out at once

Finally things have gotten exciting again with the tides turning against the Scabbards and the alliance after all.

Kaido has confirmed that despite their best efforts the Scabbards' haki and swordsmanship even combined is still far from their lord's one and that it's far from enough to kill him.

Himself confirms his mastery over all aspects of weather by creating razor wind to slice Kiku's arm and sword in retaliation for the attacks he landed on the King of Beasts and to show the Scabbards that like Boundman Luffy they have only awakened the sleeping giant and that he will beat them mercilessly without them having dealt really important injuries to him and weakened him. Just like Wyper and Law against Enel and Doflamingo respectively.

The next chapters are going to be particulary brutal for the Red Scabbards and it's going to be glorious to see.
