I'm just warning you to not be disappointed of it doesnt happen. I'm not biased towards Zoro. I actually LIKE Sanji more lmao. I wouldn't even be mad in Sanji v. King, but I'm following the narrative structure the story has followed for 2 decades.
But you look at past history in this series, these are how fights have always ended up in significant arcs like Alabasta or CP9. Zoro almost always fights the number 2. Sanji almost always fights the VERY CLOSE number 3. Both the Number 2 and 3 almost always hate each other. The Number 2 is usually way less essentric (read, more serious) than the Number 3.
You can say this fits Mr. 1/Mr. 2, Kaku/Jabra and now King/Queen. Its just something Oda does. Queen knowing Judge and reflecting on Sanji's poster does NOT help the Sanji v. King argument at all
But why are we even assuming King will have a "merienda" moment? Katakuri was the only character to ever get a moment like that in this series. Why would Oda use the gag again?
Queen already is an obsessed pervert for beautiful women

Because King is right now the only calamity who lack in character building. And Queen hint about him beeing pervert, that could the best chance to build up more King character. Overall it is most like King,Queen,Orochi or WsW, would bet one of them.
In fact we've had undercover traitor subplots throughout the whole New World and I'm personally tired of them. In Wano we've had Drake, Kanjuro and Kyoshiro so far, do we need another one for real, especially one as lame as Stussy 2.0 as you well said?

I don't think its best chance, no. Big Mom already hinted at the mystery behind his race, so there is always background there. There is always growth when it comes to history of the beasts pirates as a whole. We only know that the Kaido/Orochi (as leader figureheads) did the Ringo massacre. We dont know who specifically did it or how. That could very well be King and/or tied to Zoro since we haven't gotten a drip of Zoro's apparent lineage to the Shimotsuki clan.
Having a "merienda" moment would be hugely poor because of the fact that King is so undercharacterized right now. It worked for Katakuri because we all thought he was this perfect, serious, better version of Luffy pretty much, then it became a surprise when he wasn't.
Imo, it does not work for king. Its a retread of Katakuri, and that would be, imo, dumb.
Oda is about new ideas, or bringing up waaaaay back ideas, he's never been about repeating the same things in back to back arcs.
Exactly the way that fight would start would definitely be so lame, id be disappointed. I want Sanji flying up blocking King as Luffy gets to the roof.
Also doesnt make sense King is flying in the air the whole time, but spending time undressing prostitutes in the middle of a war. But since they said lord i give it a 10% chance

Considering Kings absolutely serious dialogue a few chapters ago to the Flying 6 about not letting them go to the roof and getting Momo, then it really doesn't make sense for him to be a hypocrite here. Queen already has the whole "lover of women" trait about him.

In Oda'a defense, the Reverie showed us what he was going for there. He uses the "arc princess" to have nations side with Luffy.
Now granted, he could done a fucking arc prince or just a different kind of ruling state (like Iceberg and Water 7), but I guess one piece is about allied royal Kingdoms under a tyrannical government.
There is that ninja guy everyone are forgetting about? Although he doesn't seem like the type to fool around at a time like that lol
Also Orochi being there doesn't make any sense! If he's alive being the coward that he is, he will run into hiding from Kaido and his crew till everything is done, not fooling with some prostitutes in plain sight
