General Queries and issues with how Mafia section operates

Honestly I’ve never noticed the insult policement to be that strict lol. Otherwise how would @MUUGEN get through a game lol.

If it makes me laugh, I usually ignore the report

coaches should be coaches not mafia police, let hosts handle their games with their own penalties

no user should be banned just because 2 people thought so. tho i do think there should be a higher authority for when things get really serious all approved hosts and coaches should decide it, not just the mods

also let everyone and new players hosts games without the supervision of coaches, if it starts getting fishy and messy intervene

coaches r cool for new players tbf. having a host + coach in role pm can be reassuring at times since they can give u basic guidance when the host could be busy

i guess they can stay, so long as they just remain coaches. its a cool concept. can use a fix instead of total removal.

coaches shud just give advices for the most part. not much more than that. the final decision should be for the hosts/players to decide. including modkills/bans.

I made some dude trigered by telling him to stop being a homophobe. I did not insult him or say anything mean to him.
Told him to stop saying slurs and since this made the dude go on a rant I got banned for "making the chat a toxic place"

I think coaches did what coaches did. It has been inherited from successful mafia sections.

It's not my fault that a coach mod told another coach to make a certain announcement. Some people worked their way to acquire a coach status.

The system is flawless its just that two people in charge were too lazy and made some mistakes.

Let this Kindergarten rest, the coach system will not be disbanded. Everyone can feel free to host.

Joygirls punishment is the equivalent of sending her to jail for 2 weeks because she kept crossing the street when the lights had turned red. What Joygirl needed was someone to explain to her why her actions were uncalled for and disrespectful to the host. Give her a warning or two and if she keeps behaving that way then yeah that's where mods should step in.

From my experience I think the authority have nothing to actually punish people for so they are just trying to enforce their authority for the littlest things.
This place is kinda chill and there is no action.

Me and AL built the section. People should get over it. We made this section what it is today, a successful place that attracted all the other communities here. We have always been democratic and helpful to the new people. This will remain, just because some mods are unsatisfied, I wont give up on this shit.

I agree Mods should have the privilegs for announcements. But the coach system remains. No usurping happens. Just punish those that went overboard with the recent announcement, dont punish those that worked hard on the section to be maintained. I dont care what a Nat or TAC says, they did nothing and they dont know how things work in mafia.

Just because some mods dont get along and have splitt opinions you dont have to reflect it on the community, now you guys are splitting the community with polls and attack ethics and solidarity of the section just for own satisfaction. I dont agree on it and mods that take action against it should be ashamed. Ya all should be ashamed for not getting along with each other. (Pointing fingers at the mod team)
