lind redirected lanji to fuji
lanji 1.0 ended up tracking fuji and saw him target none

then we finally got mango watching fuji and seeing lanji target him? he should see lind too i think no? or did mango track lanji 1.0

There was 1 singular effect done to Fuji
it was a track

That made Lanji the tracker, or one of two if Robin is real (which I believe)

redirector works one way, bus driver is a 2 way travel
