He has finished opponents with 1 sword techniques whilst having 3 swords. Having less swords is not nerf it just means he has less AP. He is still has the same amount of strength.

Because of the last chapter people have actually started this 'cliff > Pica' propaganda, as if Zoro never showed this type of attack power before getting enma. All he showed is lack of control with the sword which he needs to train on
