I don't know how Zoro versus King will happen, but I still say that's more likely than Sanji versus King.

Big issue with that is that Zoro has his bandana on. Unless he straight up loses (like against Mihawk back in the day), Zoro is most likely staying in the Kaido fight until the end. I don't think there's ever been an instance of Zoro swapping targets after the bandana comes on.

Zoro fighting King ain't impossible but at this point Marco beating him seems more likely. Either one wouldn't surprise but Sanji is gonna fight Queen, not King.

How is that any better? Franky should get nowhere near Jinbe (nor base Sanji who should be ~ Tobi Roppo level).

jinbe and sanji are above tobi roppo, so franky beating one in a extreme high diff fight isn't bad at all

Zoro ant fighting king that been as plan as day for awhile now, king and zoro never not even once had a interaction not even eye contact while Marco was fly with him

Maybe he realized it's very unlikely since the fight is almost set in stone and in the best case scenario King will be too messed up to be called a fight any longer.

King is still rearing to go. It all depends Marco's current mindset. If he's determined to take out King to assist the New Generation then he will. I doubt he'll just let King go but if he focuses on other stuff then King vs Zoro is still possible. King vs Marco, as King's main math is still most likely.
