Queen seems to be a cyborg, has some kind of science tech background and has knowledge of Judge.
Sanji has a tech suit made by Judge that can shield him from poison.

But Zoro with zero poison protection instead is a perfect fit. Since he's a slow ass bum he won't dodge the bullets and die quickly. Let us hope Queen can at least teach him how to crate a black blade before he poisons him to death.

It wouldn't make sense to have Queen get 1 shot by Zoro. It makes more sense to have Queen fight someone towards his strength level to add on to the "pressure" and to make this raid a difficult battle.

Sanji could need help, and Drake would be the most suited to offer it.

Regardless, Drake doesn't need a fight here. He has the SWORD plot that is going to keep him relevant post Wano when he either rejoins the Marines or tries to find another undercover job. Queen is being saved for Sanji.

1. Needed Law to boost him
2. The slash was a close range since he was in the sky not far from Kaido!
3. Can be easily blocked/dodged coz his slashes aren't that fast

No matter what happens, you won't ever believe Zoro and Killer had any business fighting there. They could fight Kaido for 30 chapters and you would still ask for them to drop down and face their "real opponents".
