That is your problem. There is no one besides CP-0(maybe BM pirates) who is fresh to fight Sanji. He can only fight people that already had their fights and he is not fighting Kaido.

Whoever defeat these guys it will be a massive feat cuz the amount of power needed to knock out them completely must be massive, and the Ancient Zoan regeneration and durability is ridiculous, especially for Queen

Marco is finally having 1v1 with King but Marco is already nerfed because he was doing so much things before. I bet Marco can nerf King enough for Sanji finish him off and Queen too.

"Ancient Zoan toughness and regeneration..." don't take that so serious. Yamato one-shotted Ulti. BM one-shotted P1 while she didn't that with Kid. Ashura Doji low diffed Jack alone. Sulong Kings Minks low diffed(maybe no diffed) Jack too. So far both Queen and King can't do shit against Marco but tire him.
