I think its clear at this point that the Strawhats are going to defeat the Commanders and the Tobi Roppo. Marco's not actually gonna defeat anybody. Now which strawhats you think are going to defeat King, Queen and jack is up to your interpretation.

Marco's obviously going to be taken out by King, Queen and Perospero, and every other alliance fighter is accounted for except for Yamato, who's either going to the roof or fighting Jack. Unless you believe that Hyogoro is going to solo a Calamity. The real question is who's going to fight Queen, I think Jinbe will.

Sanji and Momo don’t know the Scabbards have been healed, so in their minds they still need help.

And I think that there’s a good chance Orochi is still alive so I think it could be the Scabbards v him. But I will say Oda really threw me for a loop by bringing the Scabbards back so soon, so I don’t know what they’ll be doing

The goal is to get Momo as far away from the Beast Pirates as possible. So getting Momo from Onigashma even if it lands on Wano, willl still be the goal. Though I don't believe he will get that far...since Momo will have to be the one to stop Kaido's flame clouds.

Because Sanji is a friend of Luffy, who can fly away with Momo. Making him far better suited than her for Momo's safety.

There’s a whole plot going on about Momo needing to become brave and get his shit together so I doubt the conclusion of it will be him running away from the BPs.

Momo is not defeating anyone....He will get his brave moment when he stops Kaido's clouds. But for now, for that plot to be set-up.....Momo would need to be attempted to get out from Onigashma.

The only way im seeing king going down, is for him to defeat marco, yamato and possibly sanji , kidnapping momo to use him as leverage when kaido's losing the fight which will lead to zoro one shotting him and luffy landing the final punch to kaido. Exactly what happened to morgan and his son.

So he will be better than her. For the characters it doesnt matter about whats about to happen. Their goal will be to get him out of Onigashma.

The goal is make him leave the island. However he will still be there.....just flying outside it. Targetting the clouds below the island.
