I feel Elon made bad decision on buying twitter. Whatever he does will be seen as he is agent of left or right and it will implode on him real quick.
Meanwhile jack dorsey ,parag aggarwal are enjoying million and retire themselves to hawai .

You all can complaint whatever you want but Elon knows how to make profits from business and how to get things done.
He doesn't care about Twitter and why should he? He took Twitter to earn profits that's what he will do by making people pay for verification and there will be hundreds of thousands if not millions who will end up paying.

That paid suscriptions will help to control spam, bot and propaganda accounts...it will improve overall user experience. I'm not on Twitter but very well aware it is toxic

Advertisers are not left, they like to virtue signal because they think it improves their image, two different things. Just read a few min ago that Audi for example, a company that blatantly manipulated NxO values of their diesels to make a profit, will for now stop ads on Twitter.

Its just business, he is trying to charge to average twitter user now for some perks, if it wasnt for profit musk would have never tried to buy twitter.
This wont work so well for him, people will figure this out(most already did) and move to other platforms, its not like twitter offers some revolutionary experience, its just a chatting platform.
