Not sure I follow. There are things we constitute as set up that I've never truly agreed with (Zoro's Grim Reaper lol), and there are things that are likely being saved for the future (Kaido's past with Rocks, Shimotsuki connection to Zoro, etc).

When it comes to actual things outside of Wano, we've been receiving constant updates and teases to said events. They will be addressed, it's just a question of when. We are finally at the point where old plotlines with Kuma or Bonnie or Vivi are being set up to play a role on some form of the endgame. But those thing need to be addressed beforehand, considering a lot of it is purely set up

You need to know why Kuma did what he did in order to resolve his plotline. You need to know how that ties to Bonnie, or Sabo and the Revo's. And clearly, all of that ties back to Vegapunk and his SSG, or what the Pacifista were prototypes for, etc.

There's a lot, and it's definitely happening. Trust me on that

Yo it's almost scary how much it actually works, even his role on the ship having to do with military strategy since he would have been a VA.
