If FS Luffy > FS Katakuri, it means non-FS Luffy > non-FS Katakuri. With Doflamingo being clearly > non FS-Luffy even post Gamma Knife (given he started out with awakening only after receiving 3 blows from boundman and still outlasting him). That means post Gamma Knife + 3 boundman blows Doffy > non-FS Katakuri? Purely mathematically.

Lets agree Vergo is overrated trash :) Sremember the time frieza destroyed a planet casually in his weakest form, then before fighting Goku, he transforms into his final form, casually blows up an island and the Z fighters piss themselves because apparently what he did is insane (even though said Z fighters are supposed to be far far beyond island level themselves)

I see a shit ton of mofos outside of this place claim it's city level or less. I feel like it's almost impossible to reach a proper conclusion on this due to the inconsistent sizing of Pica. We can take lower end estimates like, it's obviously beyond town level, but beyond that it gets debatable.
