I saw a theory the other day that postulated that the reason the Nameless King in DS3 appears to be “burnt out” like Gwyn was in DS1, was that the King himself had also linked the first flame at some point, but like Gwyn, he was not burnt to ash like the other Lords of Cinder were

I have found definitive proof that Dark Souls top tiers are universal tier if not higher. Nito was said to have introduced and personally oversees the death of all living things, and literally Nito is like a low or mid top tier in Dark Souls, not even one of the strongest beings.
