It doesn't matter. Dragon Kaido is an easy target. Base Kaido on the other hand was stalling an enraged Oden just fine, with Oden unable to overpower him. And Hybrid Kaido is going to be much stronger.
I'm sure Oden had an advanced form of Haki, he is the second strongest swordsman in history of Wano known to us. Meanwhile the YC level characters like Shutenmaru and Denjiro won't even scratch Kaido with their swords.

There's no World's Strongest Woman title, does that mean BM isn't really the WSW ? Oda said it in his interview : "a mother is the strongest living being, stronger than Kaido !". If he's not implying Kaido is the strongest living being of OP, I don't know what that means.

so there are three options :
- either it's a "say" title, ie not by oda which is hard to defend to a good extent but still possible
- either "creature" is understood differently by oda, as it is with the "power "of WB
- either it will mean that in this arc he won't go down and that our understanding of the fact that oden was close to his level was just an illusion, but will go down in the EOS.

Based on @Red Admiral logic she is not.
His logic is : Roger was not named the WSS even tho he was a swordsman and nigh equal to WB. Therefore he was not the WSS.
So Big Mom is a woman, she is the only female top tier but she is not the WSW because she was never called like that by the author
