How would you go about making a Devil Fruit tier list?
S+ (Strongest in each class)
* Yami Yami no Mi
* Gura Gura no Mi
S (Admiral Class)
* Azure Dragon
* Magu Magu no Mi
* Goro Goro no Mi
* Hie Hie no Mi
* Pika Pika no Mi
* Gravity Fruit
A (Top Commander class fruits)
* Mera Mera no Mi
* Ito Ito no Mi
* Phoenix
There are so many Devil Fruits, but I'm not sure what the other tiers below them would be.
Zoro came out of the timeskip a high high tier.
Current Santoryu Zoro is a low top tier, but the only significant improvements he's made is learning to cut fire and haki (via Enma training).
However, New World entry Zoro would also have had:
* (Upgraded?) Asura
* Whatever is up with is eye
1. Zoro is nerfing himself
2. It's a limiter (Kenpachi's eye patch)
3. He lost it in a duel with Mihawk (flashback needed)

That Roger avatar looks insane good bro, overall taking the strongest known character from the verse isn´t bad:) Can´t wait when Roger vs Whitebeard shown in anime version, even Oden who was a top tier was looking like a fodder to compare him to these two gods!! 
If Sanji fights King and beats him with his RS, will you revaluate DD's powerlevel? I definitely would revaluate DD's powerlevel.

I know, I'm wanking Jack rn but don't worry, this does not change my opinion about Doffy's powerlevel. It just changed one of his pro arguments in which he should have been stronger than the YCs for fighting Law AND Luffy. But seriously, this was always a bad argument imo. -
