MF Doflamingo:
* Effortlessly restrained a YC 2 and made him his footstool. He received decisively superior portrayal to YC 2s.
* Neg diffed Oars Jr. (500M pirate)
* Completely unscathed in the War of the Best
DR Doflamingo:
* Got ragdolled by Boundman (said Boundman was later unable to overcome a YC 3 (Cracker)).

Mine is something like:
Low Top Tier
* Luffy
* Zoro [-]
High High Tier
* Kidd
Mid High Tier
* Killer [+]
* Law [+]
**Key**
[-]: Weaker than other characters in this tier, may belong in the next lower tier
[+]: Stronger than other characters in this tier, may belong in the next lower tier
