Bro, I still hate how Oda basically decided "Now I'll skip 20 mins of important fight scenes AFTER I revealed the first paramecia awakening in the series. Who cares?" which resulted to a terrible fight between Doflamingo and Bound Man. Imo this encounter needed at least ANOTHER chapter to highlight the usage and effects of awakening.
Why did Doflamingo decide to not add hardening to his strings?

There are so many Devil Fruits, but I'm not sure what the other tiers below them would be.
Zoro came out of the timeskip a high high tier.
Current Santoryu Zoro is a low top tier, but the only significant improvements he's made is learning to cut fire and haki (via Enma training).
However, New World entry Zoro would also have had:
* (Upgraded?) Asura
* Whatever is up with is eye
1. Zoro is nerfing himself
2. It's a limiter (Kenpachi's eye patch)
3. He lost it in a duel with Mihawk (flashback needed)
