Chapters 941 - 945. Probably the strongest stretch of chapters for Act 2. Events move at an effortless pace, emotions run high, and there is a sense of dread when Orochi's forces attempt to apprehend the Strawhats after they are discovered.
Chapters 938-940. These set of chapters are relatively slow and filled with a ton of exposition. For Hiyori, Luffy's new armament application, the Yakuza bosses, and Yasu.
I noticed a cool distinction between Hyogoro and Orochi after 934. Upon his introduction, Orochi was greeted to a large pile of food. He was very picky as to what he would eat. Anything he didn't like, he'd throw away.

The Shogun's banquet is an underrated part of Act 2. Orochi's true nature and reputation are out in full during these sets of chapters. He's the direct antithesis of a true leader. He inspires no one, and lives under the shadow of another.

The ushimitsu kozo mystery is quite obvious in hindsight. Almost right after the chapter Komurasaki is introduced and scammed all those men of their money, we learn that the ushimitsu kozo visited Ebisu town last night.

The Intermission chapters are a treat. The fact wheels are moving outside of Wano means things are gonna be even crazier once the arc is over.
Finished Act 1. I guess if I could summarize my thoughts, it'd be that Act 1 did exactly what it should've done: which was to lay the groundworks of the conflict. We knew Wano was a place that needed to be liberated, but we got to understand the ramifications of Kaido's rule. 
What do you think will be Tashigi's new rank when we see her again ?
Artistically, Wano has been top notch. The opening shot of the Flower Capital, while not to the same level of detail as Ryugu Kingdom, is a marvel to look at all the same. And it doesn't stop just there.
I bet that you too are looking forward Yashahime Demon Princess.
Reading the Kuri incidents of Okobore and Bakura, I get the feeling this part of the arc serves as a microcosm or miniaturization of the overall Wano conflict.
From the outset, I like how tranquil things are early Wano. Luffy meeting an innocent Tama off the coastline, heading into a Bamboo Grove, and Luffy meeting a Shugenja Tengu. I wouldn't mind if this lasted longer. Amigasa area of Kuri is underappreciated.
I feel a Wano reread is in order. :)
